Once I made Salami...and I cooked it in the electric oven at a very low temperature all night and it came out very good like a real purchased Salami. I really liked all your recipes. Hello my dear friend Lori. First of all, thank you very much. You are wonderful and very kind. Chicken livers need to be washed thoroughly before cooking. Some may recommend cooking without washing. But this is not true. After washing in cold water, it should be dried thoroughly and then cooked. The taste of the liver may change if it is not dried. Salt, black pepper, red sweet and a little red hot pepper can be added as spices. You can make it more delicious by adding some thyme. Optional turmeric can also be added.
