While getting done work of home construction from contractors I have been thinking about two points : 1. Procedure of signing agreement with contractors due to the reason that if some or any incidents happen with labours then we should not bear person claims. 2. Agreement be in such a way that payment of contractors work including all kinds of labour costs, renting and transpotation be separate from all kinds of material cost. Please, guide me. Thanks.

Nice info. Will the Precast beam will be cheaper than Cast in situ . And per sq.ft . Of plinth 145000/1500= about rs.92 .

नमस्कार सर, मैं योग मलखंब का प्रशिक्षक हूं और इस समय मुझे एक हाल की बहुत अति आवश्यकता है अपने खिलाड़ियों को अच्छे प्रकार से प्रशिक्षण हर मौसम में देने के लिए। जिसके लिए मैं 30*60ft एरिया में हॉल का निर्माण करना चाहता हूं परंतु अभी मेरा बजट कम है इसलिए अभी केवल मैं कोलम के ऊपर लेटर वाली छत डलवाना चाहता हूं तो कृपया मुझे इसकी कास्ट बताइए कितनी आएगी। लेकिन मुझे छत 15 फुट हाइट पर चाहिए । मुझे अभी फर्श की भी आवश्यकता नहीं है क्योंकि हमारा जो व्यायाम शाला है वह कच्ची ही जमीन पर चल जाएगी और मेरी सड़क से करीबन 3 फीट नीचे जमीन है?

@@myengineeringsupport हम अयोध्या मंडल से हैं हमारे यहां अच्छी सीमेंट 480₹ है लेबर 350 दिहाड़ी और राजगीर 700₹ दिहाड़ी है। टीएमटी बार सरिया भी 70₹ किलो है मोरंग गिट्टी भी मंहगा है अब आप अंदाजा लगा सकते हैं कि कितना खर्च पड़ने वाला है। हमारे यहां ज्यादातर काम दिहाड़ी मजदूर से ही करवाया जाता है।ठेकेदारी में काम सही नहीं होता है। दिहाड़ी मजदूर काम बेशक धीमा करें लेकिन काम अच्छा होता है। हां एक बात और है कि जिनका घर बन रहा है उनको भी जरूरी जानकारी होनी चाहिए। अगर जानकारी नहीं है तो आर्कीटेक्ट की सलाह जरूर लेनी चाहिए यह बहुत जरूरी है। पहले इंजीनियरिंग का क्षेत्र सीमित था और लोग परंपरागत ढंग से मकान बनवाते थे लेकिन आज उन्नत तकनीक का दौर है इसलिए कुछ पैसे देकर आर्कीटेक्ट की सहायता से आपका मकान बिल्कुल सुव्यवस्थित ढंग से बन सकता है।
