📌 INGREDIENTS:
Lentils - 150 gr. (3/4 cup)
2 Zucchinis
1 Carrot (120 gr.)
1 Onion (100 gr.)
Cauliflower - 200 gr. (2 cups)
2 Sweet Peppers (Red and Yellow)
2-3 Tomatoes
Garlic - 2 cloves
Parsley - 1 bunch
Coriander - 1 tsp.
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Water - 300 ml (1 and ¼ cup)
Salt - 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper - to taste
🫒 For the zucchini straws:
2 Zucchinis
Garlic powder - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1/3 tsp.
🍕 For the quesadilla:
1 Tortilla
Cheese - 100 gr. (1 cup of grated cheese)
