I am adding my voice to "150 Stories," a project by the Calgary Counselling Centre (CCC), in the hopes that my story can support someone as they consider and make their way to and through counselling. Here's a bit on how I have been living and working through my depression and anxiety with the tremendous help from the wonderful psychologists and residents at the Calgary Counselling Centre, who encouraged me to find and rely on my inner strength.
