Thanks for the shout-out, Sandman. I was mistaken about Ken seeking wordmarks. Reddit users cryptotope and Adorable_Image543 corrected my misunderstanding. The trademarks appeared labeled "Wordmark," but that was an empty field. Reddit user Adorable_Image543 is on the right track regarding what Ken is seeking. Ken--via his legal counsel--is seeking "trade dress" trademarks. He is trying to trademark the shapes of the tools. He also claims copyright on images of the tools he is trying to trademark. My apologies for this misunderstanding.

Ken isn't known for his Lock picking skills but more for his skills at the buffet...killed me 😂 I would like to thank Kens lawyer personally for taking his money and doubling my sales. Talk about self sabotage and shooting yourself in the foot

I’ve never bought any Peterson lock picking tools, and knowing what I know about them and the way they run that company I never will! I don’t care if they have a tool that nobody else has. I’m not gonna spend my personal money to support people like that. I just submitted my video for Paclocks 200K club and the communication I’ve had with them have been amazing!!! That’s how you run a business.

There is room at the table for everyone ( I am referring to those producing lock picking equipment specifically ) as long as you remain competitive . Sometimes competition and innovation catch up with those who have been " in the business " for a while . Sounds like Peterson hears footsteps gaining on him . Only the strong survive .....

Contact Viral DRM. They've made a name for themselves and hundreds of millions of dollars, dealing with this sort of nonsense when KZfaq won't. With recent changes in copyright law, this sort of thing is serious. Damages can be traced back long before the complaint is filed.

I never knew things were quite this bad. I find it hard to see how a "name" that is so generic, predates him, and is printed so far before he was a "thing". Might be time to find new tools manufacturer . Thanks for another video Sandman

After your last update i thought maybe he was changing and even was thinking about maybe buying some peterson stuff, after this though i hope his whole company comes crashing down, which is probably what is happening considering the lengths he's willing to go to in order to maintain some kind of foothold in lockpicking
