Shady, if you cast the Golden Deep Blues before the non Golden ones, you end up with more stats! Nevermind, I forgot how Deep Blues scales.

Imperial Defender says when you cast a spellcraft spell on a different minion not a "friendly different minion". So shellemental is actually still good in this comp. With the golden lava lurker it doesn't matter as much because you have a way to make the stats permanent anyways, but shell is good if you want to split up stats. Edit: They nerfed this mid June apparently and I didn't realize. Love the game, enjoy the strimmer, apparently don't know how to read haha
