Just thoughts not a compliment, Texas is a large state, which means intrastate travel can be challenging. ... Texas ranks below average in the quality of life opportunities. ... Texas has exposure to hurricanes each season. ... Texas does not always have nice weather, especially in the summer. ... Texas faces many crime issues.

You are alright about Texas. But there are also some good aspects such as: cost of living, business friendly, job opportunities, education, medical recourses, etc. 😄

They have not included climate change in their equation..... extreme winters and summers in some cities. 他們沒有在其方程式中包括氣候變化.....在某些城市,極端的冬季和夏季。

You are right. There are a lot other factors in the equation need to consider.

@@janejaneworld"lot other factors"..... Traffic used to be a big negative factor in big cities. The pandemic and protests in 2020 made young people realize that working remotely at home is a viable alternative. So housing markets in sub-urbs are unusually hot in 2021.

I live in Atlanta, the housing prices are shooting through the roofs. The metro areas are expanding from 7 counties to 20 counties. The metro population are increasing from 3 millions to 6 millions from 2000s to 2020s. So you tell me why Atlanta metro does not make the cut?

Thanks for your comments. The cities I used are based on the top 15 cities regarding to population growth 2010-2020 from US census bureau. It’s just one aspect of investment potentials, of course, we all have our own list and perspectives. Thanks for sharing!
This is so wrong analysis- Idaho growth is ranking top 1 in the country according to world population review. For city, Meridian, Idaho rank top 6 in nation. Do your research
