Breakfast looks good and healthy! If you're going to be active right after eating, I recommend adding a banana. The oats burn slowly giving you energy for hours, while the banana gives you energy that is available straight away, POW.! Bananas and berries tastes great together too :D Cheers fellow Olsson'er! Prepare the your breakfast in a yar the day before, put it in the fridge and you have ”overnight oats”😋

Oatmeal every day and morning since 16 years. Mix it up with frozen fruits(mango, pineapple, strawberries) or fresh like bananas, fresh picked strawberries & co.) sometimes I'm adding a bit of chocolate powder too it. Oatmeal with soya milk, regular water, oat milk. Just a good start in the morning!

Hey Jon , i do the very similar kind a breakfast with rolled oats and you can make it much much better . With more protein and more fiber and more good stuff with excellent taste as well . Cook your oats in water, on a stove let the water dry off as just do as the oats don't burn or if you like'em with more water . And get 1 table spoon of chia seeds(soak these in water over night) , 1 tbsp of grounded flax seeds, some pumpkin seeds , 6 soaked almonds, 6 soaked cashews, few soaked peanuts , a pinch of turmeric (great for your immunity ) and one teaspoon of local organic honey (not the store bought crap ) . And also if you want dairy-free milks make your own, it's better that way .

Thats a good breakfast. Mine is 1 cup of frozen berry mix (blueberries strawberries blackberries raspberries) 1 banana 1tbsp freeze dried acai .5 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Blend togather and dump in red solo cup. Less liquidly if banana is in fridge overnight. Sometimes mix 1tbsp of peanut butter powder or cacao powder. With a side of greek vanilla yogurt and fresh brewed yerba mate and its off to start the day

@Jon Olsson, I did the same breakfast only not with the milk also added an apple sliced in small pieces with some cinnamon. And you can also put it for a few seconds in the microwave.

To complete that meal I recommend you almond milk with two bananas, butter cream two spoons, 3 eggs but only put one complete and the other ones just the clear, and oatmeal taste good brotha.
