Thanks for watching. If I need something that can handle more amperage ill look into 10mm connectors or better. But I have had great success with QS8 on all the applications I've used.

@@jaymitchrc no worries bro thanks for sharing. David Delmas can vouch on the QS8 8mm antispark connectors insulators melting. Its every so often pushing about 12,000 watts it does it on 12s, probably really unlikely to happen on 15s. I just want you to be aware because it can damage the esc and shipping esc to MGM and getting it back cost 200$ alone in shipping

Thanks for watching there are always unforseen costs. Cardinal racing has an esc mounting system for the mcd that allows the mgm esc to mount easily in the car. Not totally necessary but well worth it. Otherwise nothing else really.

If you are building the ultimate build money is no object...its 100% worth it. Can you spend less for similar performance yes. But MGM makes the best products and stand behind them 100% and they are really excellent escs . I don't regret it one bit. Like I said if you are building a dream machine this is the setup I'd choose.

@@jaymitchrc I am building my dream machine. I'm in love with the Talion. It was my first and only car. Bought it back in November 2020. Stopped in your homie shop at RC Discount and he had one there that he was working on and it was love at first site. I didn't buy mines from him (he didn't have one) but I got one the next day over in Cinnaminson, NJ. After breaking stuff on it learning how to drive and upgrading I just decided to build my dream Talion especially since with COVID the V5 is slow to roll out. Got some pics of my progress if you wanna see. I'm a newbie so its taking me awhile. I'm all Vitavon, JustBashIt, Scorched, BasherQuueen, Hot Racing and M2C'd out...everything aluminum, titanium, stainless except for the RPM arms. The only stock part is the steering rack. I'm not on any social media (too many hoe traps) but I could send you an email. I'm loving my build so far and I find it better to build your own as opposed to buying...lots more expensive but more interesting and satisfying. I'm probably gonna go for an MGM setup (ESC and motor). I aint the type to half-ass it...I'm all in once I get in!! I'm trying to be one the fastest and flyest in Philly!!! LOL
