B-Boys line up - Olympics Breaking Paris 2024
#SavetheDate 🔥 August 9th and 10th.
The qualifying phase for breaking at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
The competition at these Games will comprise a total of 32 breakers (16 B-Boys and 16 B-Girls) coming from their respective NOCs with a maximum of two per gender. All breakers must endure a tripartite qualifying route to earn a spot for the Games through the following tournaments: the 2023 WDSF World Championships, the continental championships (European Games, Asian Games, Pan American Games, African Championships, and Oceania Championships), and the four-month-long Olympic Qualifier Series.

there were a few thousand breakers around the world over the course of a few years now that tried to get in. It was a marathon not a sprint. And this is the 16 that rose from all those events. Its been an intense road and honestly having the final Olympics battles in a top 16 is perfect.

This is more like a showcase for breaking rather than a real world championship. Dope arse bboys in the battle but as people have pointed out there are tons of bboys that would need to be in for it to be a real world championship.

Good on ya for putting this together, though it's a bit of a pity that it's mostly a collection of power moves, and hardly shows any toprock and beat killing. Victor is an absolute master in that regard (as are quite a few others here), but it lends sooo much to their individual styles. I don't want the Olympics version to be just power-moves to rival the gymnasts' floor routines, cos that's what wows the crowd - I want it true to b-boying, with **all** the flavour.

Menno and Hong 10 have been around for a while, I don't think they will be able to really keep up. If the judges are older B Boys they might have a chance but the reality is you can't beat father time.
