You can do what I did, I was at camp and me and my 2 friends stayed in a weird cabin that only have 2 mattress, one was a double and other a single and my friend had a knee problem so she took the single mattress while me and my best friend took the double mattress and slept in at other so not facing her face but her feet. So yeah
