Summary:
1. Lemon: Lemons are extremely high in alkaline minerals, such as potassium, and magnesium that have alkalizing effects on your body. The citric acid in them is highly acidic in a natural state, but once eaten, the citric acid gets metabolized and has a wonderful alkaline effect on your body. 3. Beet Greens: Beet Greens are one of the world’s most alkaline foods. Although beet greens aren’t the most popular green in our diets, their high alkalinity score makes them one of the best additions to smoothies or stir-fries.
4. Bananas: Bananas, aka Potassium Sticks, are another highly alkaline food that you won’t want to leave out of your diet. Bananas are also a great source of fiber, which help promote digestive regularity and sweep toxins out of your digestive tract.
5. Tofu: Tofu is an alkaline food derived from soybeans, so much of their beneficial effects can be similarly obtained from eating soy based products. Be sure to look out for only organic soy products, since there might be modified soy products in the market which are cheaper but not as healthy.

This is a Government funded payed Video. This is non sense in term of what real alkaline Foods are that fits your DNA & especially Origin. Those are top 10 Trend foods 2019 now produced for that "healthy" market. You Cant tell People that a Avocado is Healthy, when it takes more than 6 bathtubs filled with water for just 3 Avocados. That not economical on any Way to even sell it and make a business out of it should be illegal. Unripe Hybrid avocados hand picked, sorted out. bad ones thrown away or send back to the Citizens as waste product. Every Person has their own alkaline Product around its origin ! @@Haru23a I don't doubt you contracted GERD and the other, but I doubt very much that you did because of drinking lemon water. Drinking lemon water heals the digestive tract not cause to act up. Please ascertain from your health care professional what is the true cause of GERD. Although the lemon is acidic before use, after use its effect on the body is neutralizing. That makes it very useful to the system. Blessings!

I like 1 whole lemon, ginger root, cucumber, celery, cayenne pepper, 3 cups water, put in a high speed blender for a minute and drink right away. It helps rev the metabolism and aids in weight loss. If I feel a cold coming on, I add a few cloves of garlic, which is natural anti-inflammatory .

Interesting info. I've seen and read that key limes are far better than lemons. And there's info stating that tofu (soybeans) are highly questionable, especially for men. Primarily American grown soybeans in particular and their possible high content of pesticides. And it possibly could stem from what could be contaminated soil. Otherwise, most of these items I would look into. Watermelon most certainly, but, note should be made to consume "seeded" watermelon. Unfortunately, I saw far more "seedless" watermelon being sold and a substantial price difference over seeded watermelon this summer

Lemon food, key lime water in the morning. Cucumbers not good for O blood types so 🙅🏾‍♀️. Excited about trying beet greens. Bananas- eat at least 3 to 5 times a week. I ain’t eating tofu 🙅🏾‍♀️. Watermelon with seeds- yes. Kale, I eat 2 to 3 times a week. Love blueberries. Need to bring apricots in my diet. Green beans get eaten a lot in my house and just jumped in the avocado train. Almonds & garlic, cayenne, used everyday. Sea vegetables, I may consider adding more. Jalapeño use quite a bit in recipes. Great video!

Very interesting info. I'm wondering how old the food analysis' are. Since the food growing procedure, today does NOT include providing the plants with a lot of the nutrients in the fertilizer they get. Unless, of course, all the vegies you are talking about are Organic. In which case, this should be stated OFTEN [people forget quickly].

Thanks a lot for the video. I prefer to add Almonds, Blue berries, Kale, But I always take bananas, Cucumber, Garlic and green beans. I have a question, are cabbage, Kasava, corn meal,Rice,Ash Gourd, beat Root and carrots Alkaline? Thanks Again

Admin what you do not mention is the Oxalates in these foods . Which is a big problem for some people especially with kidney problem as it makes kidney stone.

Add a good unfiltered honey yo it.. Manuka if u can but still a cheaper honey will do just as long as it’s organic and unfiltered raw honey!! ❤️ also the Lenin gets to the teeth, Ford it affect yours hun?

With all due respect 1. Nature has its own law and its own phenomenon and with that your supposed to eat only those fruits and vegetables that are in season. Not throughout the year. That is why we have 4 different weathers that is why not every fruits n vegetable is grown throughout the year. There is a reason why your not suppose to eat such because when you eat something that is not in season that vegetable or fruit is born against nature’s law and is forced to come up when it’s not required or needed. So the whole compilation and compositions are changed while consuming them. 2. Every nut, lentils or pulses and supposed to be soaked in water overnight to get best results. By doing that you activate them and the radiales are removed from them and it has a better consumption on your metabolism. Eating almonds or cashews or walnuts have a heated effect on your body if not soaked and if eaten raw. And cooling effect when eaten soaked. Unfortunately this stupid science and technologies have taken over this system and we have forgotten our ancient way that can overcome any science Peace n love to all and good health to everyone

You hit the nail on the head. 🗣💯👍👏👏 Your first point is very true. In the Caribbean, we only eat what is in season. I always wonder why in America avocados and some fruits are available year round. Our avocados are available during the summer and christmas season. I am pretty sure some of y'all fruits are hybrids (made in the lab). They are genetically modified to bring more 💰in their pockets. It is sad that Greed has taken over this world. The LOVE of money is the fruit of all evil.

The pH of bananas usually lies between 4.4-5.2 for unripe bananas, making them acidic in nature. Ripe bananas however have a pH of about 6.5-6.6, which is much less acidic.

Thanks for this Bestie!♥ I had one of the worst 24-48 hours of high acid and it was all my fault. I have a very sensitive tummy, unfortunately my family does not. We enjoyed pizza on Tuesday, and Chili dogs Wednesday, I was heartburny all night on Tuesday so adding the chili on Wednesday made it so much more worse, I was up half the night babysitting a burning gut drinking soda water and eating tums. When I woke up Thursday I could still feel the burn, not good. I did a little research and your vid is quite literally saving my life now. Ate an almond salad with garlic and a pinch of Cayan and now finally feeling better! thank you so much and Id be happy to sub and like and have you as a lifelong "Bestie"!
