As an INFJ, I'd probably be thinking and practicing how I'm going to present a quirky and succinct introduction but what comes out of my mouth would be something like; "Hi! My name is read and I like to Jennifer for fun." 😀

As an ISTP I can honestly say that that was a very long introduction compared to how I do it. I usually just say my name and move on. "I'm *my name, that's all" is a common one.

As an ENFP I feel both extremely well represented and increasingly uncomfortable remembering past conversations in which I may or may not have overshared and/or been overly honest about certain feelings... A lot. Like, way too much. Which surely leads to great connections at first cause "wow this person is so confident they open up really fast :D" but then turns awkward real quick cause I talk about shit I probably shouldn't talk about with almost-strangers and I'm quite convinced about 90%of them end up thinking "whoa whoa whoa okay calm down, a simple one-sentence-answer would've been enough I don't want to know everything about the identity crisis you had last night, but yeah that adventure you talked about 5 minutes ago was cool, can we get back to that? Okay cool, thanks" at some point

Once I had to offer vote of thanks during an internship programme after the session and I was so worried about structuring everything that I wasn't able to focus on the session and at the end I had to struggle to frame everything appropriately. As an INFJ I relate 100%. I never listen to anyone whenever I want to say something about myself. I just replay my speech in my head over and over to sound like I didn't spend 3 hours figuring out what to say. LOL

INFP here, and totally relate. I wouldn't say it out loud though, i think. I usually introduce myself, but then regret it cause the way I presented myself is how everyone see me now and it almost never scratches the surface of who I am as a living being, well I don't really know myself too well but I can't help but feeling like I'm living in a lie after introductions like that.. and sorta fake. It's this loop I go through, I think of the perfect introduction that would make people like me and most of the times know exactly what I have to say to make people look at me in the way I want them to, but after all that.. I just end up with this 'empty husk' feeling. Anyways, I'm going too in dept- Thanks for reading!

I don’t entirely agree with ISFP (I think they would rather like to say it that way but then end up saying much less), but INTP was ON POINT, as well as INFP. 😂 Also I agree with ENTJ! Name tags would be so much better. I always focus so much at what I’m about to say that I don’t listen at all to the other introductions and thus don’t remember every single name. Which is sooo awkward afterwards.

Enfps do overshare and then try to crack a joke to look charming. It doesn't always work though. This video was delightful.

I am an INFP and work as a social worker. My work usually goes really well as long as I can listen to and take care of others. But there are also situations where I have to introduce myself in groups or school classes, these are the worst situations in my life. You end up with a silly grin, a lot of sweat, a red face and a stutter.

Frank - I genuinely believe the INFJ would be the guy in the moustache moderating everything. I literally just had to do an assignment with moderating as part of my masters of social work studies degree haha sidenote: I was analysing all the personalities as they were talking and trying to guess which one was which personality (before you gave the answer) and I got a fair few of them correct, especially ENFP, ENTJ, ISFP, ISFJ, ENFJ, INTJ & INFP I guessed those ones correctly. I'm getting better at this thanks to your videos haha

Fellow INFJ here, peferably I will not be going last, because too much attention since most people remember the last and the first, but somewhere near the end when I have collected enough information from previous spreakers to figure out what kind of details are approriate to share in this context so I can blend in. Of course I won't remember anything anyone else said because I was just too nervous waiting for my turn while planning out the perfectly ordinary introduction without any substance because sharing something meaningful would make me feel extremely vulnerable which is to be avoided around people I don't know intimitely. I do like to avoid introductions if possible.
