16 Places To See In The South of England || Road Trip DIaries!

There’s no better way to explore the UK than on a road trip! :-)

We stopped off in so many beautiful locations across the South of England on a trip we've wanted to do for quite some time!

It started off raining in London but cleared off as soon as we left and was brilliantly sunny all throughout (until when we arrived back in Central London). This was done over 4 days but has made us want to do this again and explore even more of the UK over even more days!

I live in Bristol but though to study and life haven't had opportunity to properly sight seeing this great island of ours. I can't wait to be done with study and have secure life and start traveling around UK.

Good Lord, the sights (and food) in this video are beautiful! This has me SO EXCITED for my own road trip next year. Maybe I should just stop planning and do what you two did: hop in the car and wing it.

That's England for ya! Honestly, travel has made us so grateful for what we have right in our own home! And you're definitely doing it the right way Vanessa - a road trip is the best way to experience the UK! I say throw caution out of the window and just do it!

As a British guy, I'm very proud that there are still parts of England which are still stunningly beautiful, as shown by the guys here. But empty your bank account, because things here can be very expensive! RE.

If ever you are in Gloucestershire in the UK,something worth seeing is the natural phenomenon called the Severn Bore,which is a type of tidal wave or river bore which is created on a stretch of the River Severn close to Gloucester.I have watched 4 so far this year ( there are about 120 in total throughout the year).Sometimes the bore can be very large and reach a height of 7ft plus and travel for 15 miles,with a lot of surfers trying to ride it lol.I watched one 3 weeks ago and took a video using my quadcopter.The video is ad free if you fancied a look kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oM1ka72W2a3Rc2w.html

Ohh yes I've seen that before in person, very cool! Also worth seeing Cheltenham because that's a gorgeous town with the famous racecourse and the gorgeous pittville Park!

Hahaha! Thanks so much! Realised after we’d recorded those bits that it’s pronounced different though it doesn’t surprise me at all. Lol! Lacock always felt like such a cheeky name for a village. 😄
