After that then open one side of your vents all the way for air other side half way get your temperature at 300 then close back your vent until your temperature get to 250. Them put your meat on.

nice grill, but the cook didnt make it , those ribs needed cleaning up to much far left on them and could have been trimmed up better and close the lid
