I don't recommend this build. Tux recommends balancing repair skills with incoming repairs on a skill build. I tested it and don't recommend that, either

Just posted the video to show how high incoming repairs can be. Don't actually use it, though. TuxedoBandito recommends balancing incoming repairs with repair skills but I don't recommend that, either
