the thing is, you need a device with a screen that can render 165hz. if you see that it says 165hz and the screen on the device can only render 60hz, you are going to see 60hz

@@user-di3up9vm8r do internet speed test by oolka, whatever result you get note it down and then go into GeForce now settings and set the Max Bitrate to that result, (Download Speed). Also whilst you are in there you can change the resolution to something lower if you need too or the FPS. Above those settings is where your server your connecting to is located, press it and change it to where ever you live, and you should be good to go. If you really need too maybe get a USB to Ethernet cable and plug your tablet directly into your router, although I doubt you will need that.

You can also unlock fps on fortnite mobile, but I don't know how. Ana1god6ex had a video and some screenshots of unlocked FPS back in C3, so it's definetly possible
