Sorry bud, but your gonna have to lower your expectations a little. I have no experience in actual coding, let alone modding a game like Minecraft. Plus, I don't feel comfortable leaving my models exposed like that where if someone has the time they can just rip the model. I don't see why you would ask me that in the first place since not only is this my first time even making a 16bit engine, but I've also never really expressed interest in modding either. Your asking too much.
