@@MrPlamor How about no editing? Who says there needs to be editing? This is just busy work so the editor can charge money for something, but it adds nothing of value to the video. Besides, if there has to be editing (which isn't the case, but if), it still can be done better than this. This is just useless pans past furniture that don't give you a better feel for the room and are too fast to at least provide some more detail. There are people making such realtor videos who edit the video footage to fit with the music and stuff like that. That is useless too, but at least it is artistic and requires some skill.

Well, I can tell you now, the theatre sucks. For such a 'lavish' home, the theatre should be alot more dramatic in design with a bigger screen. Perhaps a high tech high touch 15 seat theatre with 3D technology would do the trick....

I thought the ceiling was pretty cool but everybody has a different opinion if you look at it in one way it's an artsy type thing and it's very original and very expensive Redwood but I thought it was cool looking no it took a long time to make cuz I'm a carpenter

@@RedLuxuryProductions I can’t really tell you that with a house like this I don’t know how to explain it it’s more of that inside feeling I love the extravagant overly sized homes because their special in a specific way they’re more like art but nothing beats a small quaint house that’s very cozy that feels lived in you know! I think it’s more of like the picture that’s always paint it in our head the family with the kids in the white picket fence!

People are very confused when they don't understand Money. And those who have it don't seem too know what the confusion is about it. Maybe that's the difference between someone who has a lot of things and possessions and friends. They need a big enough space too entertain in. I don't think a doctor or a lawyer or someone with a nine too five job is going too be interested in this. It will be someone in professional sports industry or an entertainer. Both of those industries you would understand why they would want too buy a warehouse to live in. Lol

I felt the same way. It's like they took a normal sized room, doubled the area and then put in a normal amount of furniture... The master bedroom, and only the bedroom, is bigger than the gross area of any place I've ever lived in. And then the rest of the master suite... gosh.

Lol...,I guess this house was not fully arrange,,kind of they put that stuff to fill the spaces and for the viewers in order to analyze for ur plan ,but if you re-arrange it somehow you will find the good taste of how you put some extra spacious in here to make it more beautiful. you know what? I applaud all of you because I agree with your views 100 percent. you wont feel at home in this place. it really reminds me of a set on "Westworld". now don't get me wrong, I love modern contemporary design but this is just not homey. It does look like an airport terminal in Dubai.

While no one can deny its very luxurious, the waste of liveable space is OTT & all the angles make it a very feel very hard, its not a home for a family but maybe some rich Vegas poker player will love this house, think for most of us ladies the cleaning of all those 1/2 walls would drive us crazy !!

I love this house I love the inside of it I love the the whole style it the UPS Store downstairs I love the carpeting on the Upper Floor the just the white does the gold is glitter is Briggs I mean it's just so marvelous beautiful I love the shower the walking like glass doors up are on the Upper Floor it just looks so beautiful truly a dream come true look at the back you I mean outside the back patio swimming pool with the guy looks like he's about to go skydiving or is about to take a die has beautiful over the whole city or town that's awesome that come on that's so beautiful is that my home is that Ryan's home

It's an awesome house and great camera work as well but often the weird angles had me little distracted with the actual room. Like I wasn't able to see the actual room, I either see a piece of furniture or ceiling!!!

Astounding home to say the least, had a hard time following the layout it was so cool . Not 100% sure of the view of the business park and the beltway tho.
