When you zoom in on the electrical plugs, the finish carpentry looks so bad. The plates don't cover the holes cut out.

Too much closets and mud room make the area have less space… I would take down a few walls/closets for a more open concept and kitchen

@@thesunofgod7896 Yeah, they are Idiots for putting Bathrooms in each room so when they have guests over, their guest get to go into their rooms...Should have made the "Storage Closet" a Bathroom... But that's just me... and I Would Complain about all the Gappage around the Electrical Outlets.. If this is a "Premium Product", I would hate to see their normal stuff...

That really depends on the amount of customizations you order but our lead times have been coming down in the last few months. Our sales team will know more about current lead times than I do, I stay in our marketing but definitely discuss that with them when you contact them.

my $45,000.,16X80, 2015 Clayton home is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath WITH the warm tones and stained wood trim you're wanting. And it's 40 FEET LONGER than these 16X40 "tiny homes". Go figure?

How is this "fully finished" off you have no plumbing completed? We're thinking of buying two of these, but...

We're a shed company. A lot of people are converting shed to tiny homes on their own, we offer our Premium Package that included a framing upgrade to 16" on center trusses, insulation, electric, HVAC, etc. The interior is fully finished meaning the interior walls are skinned, painted, and trimmed. Not everyone wants an interior floor plan but this customer did we be added finished interior stud walls. Plumbing is done separately by a local contractor after delivery. We don't offer plumbing.

@@EZPB I would not want my plumbing run before the house is set and leveled. Too much chance of twisting or sapping the water lines and having a leak you would never notice. These thing can take rough handling in transport but not a 16ft one inch pvc pipe and joint. Looks great.

@@nunyabiznes3901 my plumbing runs under the house and holes are cut in the floor where the sinks, toilet and shower are. No water pipes go through interior walls. My house is 18 inches raised.

You might want to fix the electric socket cover before putting it on KZfaq. Makes you wonder what else was shoddy.

Electric socket covers are a pretty easy fix, but I shoot these when I'm available. My office isn't out at the plant so sometimes they have to fix them after I'm gone. We have Best in Class construction and the industry's leading 10 year craftsmanship warranty so if you think a socket cover (that was fixed after I left) is shoddy you're going to be really disappointed when you see the buildings our competitors are putting out.

Cheaper by a Good Half to Hire Someone to Build On Site.. AND if you are Willing to Take your time and do it yourself, even Less than Half. EXAMPLE!: a 16x16 Two Story Shed at Lowes/Home Depot, ect are Over $30,000 and If YOU Build it and take your Time and want to Learn, Only Cost AROUND $10,000 ... This "Shed" is Well Over $50,000 .. Someone Said just over $75,000.....

What’s up with the Receptacles in the Laundry room & other places ??? The Holes are Cut too Big & you can See the Openings ! The Covers Don’t Cover !,Who is Building these &where is QC ??…I’m a Carpenter & These Issues Don’t make me feel Safe to Buy one of these ! Take your time, Build it yourself and for Well Under $30,000.. Hell, Hire Someone On Site and Build it for Under $40,000

wow. . .this does not look like very good construction just based on the outlet covers. if you cannot put an outlet cover on and have it COVER the outlet it tells me someone is extremely lazy or your math is not very good. this would not be a good buy unless it is free!
