Two questions: 1. When will you be coming to the lone star state? 2. When will you start installing the piping for the kitchen and the bathroom before you do insulation, dry wall, and finishing etc. They look fantastic btw. Excellent craftsmanship, and really clean work.

Hello, Thank you so much for the compliment! We’d be delighted to assist you! To answer your questions: 1. For the time being, we only have two manufacturing facilities in Paducah, KY, and Nashville, GA. As of now, we also do not accept dealers in Texas. Also, in your location, we only deliver shells, which is the standard building. We do not convert the building into a home or make it fully finished. 2. Unfortunately, we do not do piping at this time. You will have to hire someone to do that locally. I hope that helps! Would it be possible for the loft to stretch out and for it to have a second floor like 800 ft.² on the bottom and 800 ft.² on the top

Well, first off so so there's no confusion, the dimensions stated are exterior eve to eve for transport purposes. Interior square feet will be different. We could definitely find a way to extend the loft space but maybe not go all the way from end to end to completely enclose the attic space. I had almost the same question. I'd like a loft that extended end to end or as close as possible. BTW, your products are lovely and the prices seem reasonable.
