Very cool town: multicultural hipster capital of the world, brilliant, eclectic and innovative culinary scene, the coolest boho/arts scene in the Bay Area. It is the Boho/activist city that San Francisco of legend used to be in the century past. Now, if only I could scrape several million dollars together for one of those nifty hillside homes and gracious estates in Oakland's hillside nabes. It is a work in progress....
