Can’t wait to see more enemy/boss variety as well as more weapon classes

I hope they have an open public beta. I want to feel how the game plays. The monsters look cool.

This honestly looks so much fun. The final blow is a really cool detail.

I've only just started MH World this week and have 40+ hours played already, and this game looks amazing. I'm really hopeful that there'll be a lot of different Kemono to hunt, the designs look fascinating and I hope they can fill the game with many diverse creatures that reach that same level of design. The weapons are also a huge draw for me, and I'm really hoping to see some kind of transforming heavy weapon (like the switch axe).

I'm interested to see how this fares as a MH competitor. So far what's most interesting is the monsters. Hunts feel different though and initiailly I felt the building was weird but now I'm more confident in how seamless it looks. Overall I'd probably try it.

Rise could use a gigantic monster like this. With the wirebug movement, getting on into different parts of monsters is gonna add a lot of fun factor to the game.

Yep Umbrella is definitely the heir to the Naginata from Toukiden. Parries, Aerial Style, Multi-Hits as you get your gauge up. It's all still there. Unless there's a proper non-Katana based successor to the Chain Whip then Umbrella gonna be my Main.

The fight areas need to be much larger for these massive monsters.

Omega Force developing this gives me hope that the rest of the weapons will be pretty interesting, hoping this ends up living up to its potential bc I'd like something to tide me over til MH6 lol

Games looks really good but there is a lot we still don't know and the release is due in a month. Will there be multiple biome ? how many monsters in total ? Is there an end game etc. Can't say the marketing is really good, unless there is a delay planned ...

I'm very much like what I'm seeing, my only small thing I think they should change or an option is camera distance, seems it be quite annoying when up close to the monster and having it right behind you it kinda takes away the spacial awareness aspect, but other than that I'm keeping an eye on this one.

This game reminds me so much of Monster Hunter World but it looks cool though

This just feels like a Boss rush mode where you only fight bosses but is dragged on by soooooo long distances. Endemic life and more environment interactions can make it better tho

This game turned out to be better than I thought Monster hunter has serious competition now.

I can see the building aspect might be turn off for some, if they didn't make it mandatory it might be fine *couch clutch claw *cough. And they need some travel stuff.

At the moment the weapons aren't very creative for a game where the main power source is the spirit of creation, but I still have high hopes

Im not gonna lie. give me a (insert weapon) and shield weapon that acts more on the heavy side, and id prolly fall in love with this game.

My question is will it be cross platform or are we going to be stuck only playing with people on our chosen platform? I like what I see so far and am really looking forward to seeing the other weapons to choose from.

can you turn off the monster silhouette? the thing that let's you see the monster through the walls?

I hope they keep the interface minimal, rise felt a bit cluttered.

If you could ask about the devs making a punching/kicking weapon? The only two Monster Hunter-like games I've ever seen with anything close to that was Dauntless and I think an older game called Yokai? I could be wrong with that second one, but if you could ask them, that would at least make this followers day.

Hmmm... I don't quite understand the purpose of the parasol... i would think it's more of a defense weapon or tank class but all the splash dmg, pierce dmg and aerial combo makes me confuse... lol So far katana looks great tho!

Kinda rough for this game that it is releasing around the same time as Rise for consoles. I don't have time for 2 big monster hunt games with all the other stuff coming out in January through March.

I have never played a Monster Hunter game but I *REALLY* wanna play Wild Hearts. Can't quite put my finger on it but this one is speaking to me, well it's actually kind of screaming at me but I like it :)

Attacks need to be way more flashy , and def need more verticality

The visual is impressive and gameplay is fresh, but it still pretty "clunky" and need to be more polished, some animations for example and the environment collision/interaction (how that huge boar creates no wave when running in the water while player does?), from what I see, it doesn't have the feel of responsive weapon hit - it's so floaty like any MMO hack&slash game, not comparable to MH, it even somewhat lacking in responsive compare to something like Horizon Zero Dawn/God of war. It also doesn't give the feel of technical/methodical combat like MH games (even compare to Toukiden, GE too), it's more like casual fun in killing huge siege boss when you can just blindly smash buttons and going for what they 100% pointed "This is weakpoint, come and hit it", "it's huge, but it's a punch bag" , hope there are more imitating monsters that make the game a bit more hardcore and make you really improve your skills

That "let's build some blocks in the middle of the hunt" is ridiculous.
