KZfaq par ek mts employee ka interview hai jisme unhone in dono post k baare mai detail information di hai. reception k liye seperate training hoti hai,but wo log un logo ko reception nhi dete jo candidate's further job k liye tyyari kr rhe hote hai ya jo mts skip krke kuch time baad ssc ki upper post pe jaane wale hai. kyunki training mai time or mehnat dono lagti hai to ssc un he candidates ko prefer krta hai jo permanently MTS job pe dedicated hai.
