Sir mai daily 5-6 km araam se walk kreta hu indian toilet v almost use kr hi leta hu bs pura flat rkhke beith nhi pta hu aur hip joint se poping sound ata h aur halka paim rehta hai kvi kvi jyda pain krta h aur buttock area me hamesha pain rehta.. 😢

आप उस हॉस्पिटल में जाइये जहां आयुष्मान कार्ड चलता है। वे हॉस्पिटल भी अच्छे है व डॉक्टर भी अच्छे है। बाकी भाग्य पर छोड़ दीजिए। अटल जी ने भी घुटने बदलवाए थे, सभी सुविधाएं उनके पास थी फिर भी वे परेशान ही रहे। इसलिए भाग्य पर विश्वास रखें।
