I'm always surprised this works before you know it. Had pain all in my upper body from inflammation and working out to strengthen my back. Pain gone in 30. These videos with the pure tone and tuning fork and multiple frequencies are the best

Tension is created by yourself. It's you who creates that by certain coping mechanisms and it's also you who loses your muscles and not any outer force or music. When you want to lose tension just relax your muscles. You don't need music for that. Just lay down on your bed and relax the muscles.

Immediately started feeling heavy dense energy exiting my left temple. Had an extremely strenuous night. Im autistic with CPTSD, DID, and other stuff. Was up over 24 hours at the ER with a friend. Suffered thru heavy amount of over-stimulation and my conditions are aggravated when I dont get enough sleep. My heart even feels like it is vibrating from this and the top of my scalp. perfect composition. connects both halves of the brain after a short time. initially input/recording ear 741 Hz only left - 417 Hz only right. 174 Hz came from the front through both sides. After a while, everyone comes in and out in largely the same way through central balance. For me it was a very good place to stop and relax. Thank you very much. perfekte komposition. verbindet nach kurzer zeit beide gehirnhälften. zunächst Eingang/ Aufnahme Ohr 741 Hz nur links - 417 Hz nur rechts. 174 Hz kam von vorne durch beide seiten. nach einer weile kommen alle weitestgehend gleich ein wie aus durch zentrales ausgeglichensein. für mich sehr gutes "einkehren" und "ausruhen". danke sehr.

It is particularly worth noting that these frequencies were made for me. The number sequence that has organized my life since I have been grounded here is 4768. 47 denotes, on the one hand, 2 thirds of my birth (December 16, 12, 19) and also that of my living character in the mirror through a counterpart. There a great show on apple TV about sounds of earth. There is this one female spider that is about the size of a hand and the male spider is about 1-20 the size of the female. For him to mate with the female he literally vibrates the females Web in a certain way to where it hypnotized the female. The females have eaten the males when the vibration wasn't right.
