Belle collaboration avec l'OJNB /NBYO et 1755...certainement un des plus beaux spectacles auquel j'ai assisté! Bravo à tous!!

The youth of today are not well aware of what transpired in 1755 and of what happened in the 7 year war. (I am assuming it was that war all along) that would have sent out the young Acadien at 13 and in 1754 right before the deportation of the Acadiens in 1755. So he would arrrive in Acadie and the lands were all tarnished by the English and his family was destroyed by the deportation of the French. His Mom would have come back after the execution of 1755? to her old home? But then again the 7 year war lasted 9 years...oh well. Great song, Great job done by the NB youth Orchestra. A+ Pierre Robichaud can still sing his heart out....
