ほぼ100%その形に持っていってますよね。裏交差は反則ではありませんがそこから相手の竹刀を押さえつけて動かなくさせるのは反則です。全日本選手権なら取られてるでしょうね。そもそもこんな事する人はいませんが。

I'm so confused by the title... Russian Korea? Uhhhh I know Russia is occupying neighbouring countries for fun, but as far as I'm aware neither North or South Koreas are Russian.

I really dont get why those gyaku do's where not awarded ippon in the jiho match (jodan guy). 13:09 Look at this in 0.25 if you wish. He semed for men. Korean guy raises his hands in hope to block the incoming men. Jodan player hits gyaku do with no reaction by the Korean guy. Jodan player closes in so Korean cant counter him after. Idk what explanation some 8th dan or what ever can give to say that this was not an ippon but in 10 years practicing kendo myself i still dont understand stuff like this. You can also feel the frustration of american guy. He 100% outplayed his opponent, struck correctly following kendo rules of ki ken tai and is just like you are not allowed to score an ippo in this maner.

He might have been too close or he might have struck the wrong area. If you go frame by frame, the striking angle is almost vertical which may be why they did not award ippon

I've been practicing since '97 and I see no consistency at all to scoring the do, hiki men, hiki kote, etc. Like you said, he created the opportunity, the sound was great, he cut through, and finally he closed the distance for zanshin. If it was a shimpan seminar, the senseis would stop the match and ask the shimpan "why didn't you score that?" and the shimpan would give excuses. When the sensei asks "why did (or didn't) you score that?", the only correct response is "because I'm an idiot."

It's because older sensei generally don't do gyaku do so they don't know how to score it. Eiga sensei gave a great seminar along these lines (which you can find here on YT) where he talks about scoring and giving ippon. Refs have to know how to do the waza to be able to score it.

I personally know the head Shimpan in this video - Kishikawa Sensei of Shoujinkan, Hong Kong. He is the only living (and 2nd ever) non Japanese Hachidan (he's from Brazil)... Next time I see him I can ask him about these cuts, and I'll post it on this.

한국선수가 아니라 미국선수가 자꾸 코등이싸움하려고 붙는건데 왜 자기들이 졌다고해서 한국선수들의 코등이싸움과 심판을 욕하는지 모르겠네 ;; 일본인이나 교포일본인좀 있다고 자꾸 쉴드쳐주는 일본인도 진짜 슬슬 토나온다

Korean way is not real kendo. They don’t use Ma ai. Why they keep trying to get too close. All sports they act same slick and dirty. Is that Korean way?

What you mean all sports? Seems like a blanket statement. In the second bout it make sense for the Korean player to stay close becuase the US player had his stance with his arms up. So by not giving him the space he needs to resume his stance he cannot strike which he is very fast at doing from that stance.
