The only plant I can keep alive in a Pothos plant. Some have stripped leaves and some solid. They are also SO easy to propagate, so I started with two and now have seven! I love having lots of plants around because I know they are cleaning the air. I also just bought a NuLoom rug and I love it! But my favorite DIY this year is painting my outdated vases with baking soda paint. I use an off white color and they truly look like clay. I found some paint we used in our house and have been using it, so they literally cost me ZERO!

Yes! I have those exact same velvet covers in black , cream and hunter green!!! They are amazing and add texture to my decor! Cream in my bedroom and the black in my living room and the green to depending on season or vibe!

Nuloom is my favorite rug brand for a plethora of reasons. I vacuum them multiple times per week, I also carpet clean them, spills and stains wipe right up with water, they’re comfy and affordable and so many good patterns. I recommend these to all of my friends. After going they many different rug brands and even having them custom made, these are so much better and must have with kids & dogs!

I love the task lighting lamps. Very nice. I'm hoping to purchase an olive tree soon. It's on my wish list:)) I actually own that bead garland you showed today. Hi Kiva, thanks for sharing all these great items. I especially like the pillow covers and how they’re offered in different sizes and colors. This isn’t an Amazon item, but I just returned from a trip to Walmart. I picked up this darling grey ceramic planter that has a cross base similar to the off-white Studio McGee bowl. It’s only 8” wide but a great deal at $7.94. It’s the Better Homes and Garden Thelea planter. You may have seen it too. I’m going to order a bag of your fav Amazon moss to place in it. I’m sure it will look great!

I bought 85% light fixtures from Amazon (15% from WayFair) this year during my home reno. I bought shower plumbing fixtures from Amazon. Also long curtains, cafe curtain (blackout and semi blackout), curtain rods, tension rods at Amazon are decent quality and good price.

Your ideas are great! I wonder if you could do a video on how to add temporary architectural interest in rentals. My apartment is a nice size but all the walls are flat and the rooms square or rectangular. There must be options but not being someone who is creative, I look for other peoples ideas and I really enjoy yours. Thanks for all these videos!

Such awesome finds. I'm a new subscriber and I love your enthusiasm and styling advice. The geometric vase set is back in stock on May 21st and you can pre-order. As for the squat urn, I managed to snag a used/very good one through a warehouse source via Amazon Canada at $53 🇨🇦 with up to 5% imperfections front or back and damaged packaging, but it's a rustic style and a good option as long as it's not cracked. Hi Kiva, What pillow inserts do you recommend that are not down, can be washed, and karate chopped in the middle. I bought the velvet pillow cases from Amazon you recommended in the 20", 22", and 26"... I love them... Thank you for the info! Now what inserts and size do I need for those cases that can be karate chopped and comfy. Thank you... ❤☺❤
