Daiwa never seem to put all the good stuff together in one reel, they have loads of LT reels yet the TDR weighs a ton, all the LT reels lack the HIP line clip, TDX is lighter but lacks the one touch folding handle. come on Daiwa put it all together in one reel.

Hello, for drennan acolye plus 11 which daiwa tdr would be the most suitable, daiwa tdr 4012 or daiwa tdr 3012.thanks

I have one of these rods. Great little rods, but not designed for long casts. I use the 3012 on mine and it’s perfect. Hope that helps
