After a big 8 that is exactly like this buck besides the size and its on public land. He let me see him 3 times last year and everyone else had only seen him once. I spent all of last season tracking and finding his areas but never went down the same paths. This year I'm praying he didn't get either poached or ended up road kill.

Can’t elaborate enough on your patience and hard work you did for getting such a magnificent buck. Patients is a virtue and young man I can see you have got that in you. I’m 54 this year and haven’t had the chance for a 180 inch buck, have gotten a lot of 140’s, so maybe this year will be the year. Enjoy your time with your family as well, lost my father in 2019 and it’s been hard hunting because he was my mentor with every hunt since I can remember. What I learned from this is blinds can work .I hunt from both and I prefer the ground blinds because they are safer and more comfortable yet heard guys say "You will never kill a trophy buck from one . I killed an 8 point from mine at 6 yards . I do place cedar boughs inside on the floor to cover my scent . Smells great too .😊

Congrats guys on a giant buck. We are team Ohio ourselves trying to grow 200 inch deer. Your story line was really good and whoever did your cuts putting just the 4 trail cam outlines of the buck together was nifty. My wife said they are techies so they are good at that stuff. I know some high end hunters with money shows that are not as put together as this. Keep up the good work deer hunters are watching everywhere at Ohio.

Just some advice I’ve been hunting over corn for years. Try to put your corn at the base of a big tree 25-30 yards away with a shooting lane. For one the deer will be facing towards the tree, keeping their eyes off of you. For two most of the time they are going to come in from the sides giving you a broadside shot. Congrats

Watch a lot of hunting channels but you guys are doing it right. Even though you hunt below my state great job.

Man I tell yall I'm not good with words but I will try, that was amazing on every little detail and it made me fill like i was wright there I mean I was so pumped up and with all the emotions I got dressed for hunting and went to my blind and I going thru what you did with the climber and all I'm on the ground at this time and have got busted 2 time so far with what I'm on now he's not a monster like that but he is good for wher I'm at I think ,I just wish I had better camo and a better place to sit on this little land. That I have so what I'm tring to say man that was totally insane I just I can use that word I wish you both the best of luck for the rest of the year and the years to come can't wait for more
