This place is so big, that a person almost needs GPS to get around. Despite being so massive, this home has a feeling of comfort and coziness. Gorgeous place.

Its less than 5500 square feet. Its not that big. Its not small by any means but calling it massive is overkill. Looks like it was sold already too.

Couldn’t pay me to live in 💩cago. No property, neighbors on top of you, taxes up the wazoo, Mayors who do nothing to decrease crime & blame the federal Government for all their shortcomings. It’s no wonder the men in blue stand down. I can attest to all of this, I live on the outskirts of the city

Absolute perfection. Wouldn’t change a thing. Do wonder why with such an expensive house, that electric plates aren’t a bit snazzier so they don’t stand out so much.(like on the bar backs,). It’s already unaffordable, might as well make them brass or the same color as granite?! Stil, this house is sooooo perfect.

I'm a former southwest side resident by Midway Airport. Moved out of Chicago over 10 years ago. I hate that city-glad I got out when I did. Too expensive to live there now.

When I first moved to Chicago in 1968 I lived up the street. My little apartment was $230 a month. The neighborhood was made up of German and Puerto Rican working-class families. There were small grocery stores, hardware stores, bakeries, laundromats, storefront coffee shops, churches, the Armitage El stop, Armitage bus. The landlord was no good so I had to move out. Missed my neighbors.

I really don't like being so close to my neighbor's. But in this case, the house is very private, cozy and warm. There is plenty of space for all my things. I loved it. I would add some big room rugs. There was one thing I didn't like and that was no views. And I do like having at least a back yard for my Shih Tzu's.

The exterior is gorgeous but the interior is way too modern -stripped of all its character. Why turn an old house into something that looks brand new?

Except that this is *not* an old house. Although the exterior was designed in a classic style, this Lincoln Park home was built in 2011. So this dwelling was never stripped of character. It looks brand new because it's 9 years old.

it's funny because the owners of a house like this would spend their majority of time working and travelling. The only people who would enjoy the house would be the kids, the housekeeper/nanny/ utility workers lol.

The 1st thing i Noticed was that thick metal lock on the front door good security but why 🤔 seems a bit concerning...the lighting is not bright enough for my taste....very dark colors as well. What's the building behind the deck ? Is it shown on the video?overall Beautiful
