-1:26-- sec 14S4p is correct, not 12s4p (both).- This board is the Acedeck Ares X1 2023 version. The power performance is the same as the previous Nomad N1, but it was a board with different characteristics in several parts. This company is Great! I have the Ares 2wd 2022 belt drive model and it’s an excellent board with 500 miles on it. I love how the new 7 inch tires look! This company is so responsive to emails and just seem very happy to have your business. I ordered the board and then 2 separate times I ordered accessories. Everything came in a reasonable time.. about 10 days for the board and like 2 weeks each time I ordered the accessories. Look how could I not be a fan boy of this company.

Thanks for doing this review in a somewhat wet road condition. Worried about your safety because you didn't wear elbow and knee guards for the tests, especially in S+ mode. Be safe🙏

After your review of Nomad N1 :) I bought it . And I must say this board is a beast. At the first momet it felt jerky, but after 2 days of intense riding it starts to feel really amazing!! S+ is addictive!! Also great for offroad! Absolutely love it !

I think the 2 boards will appeal to different people. Those who want bigger board and ones who want smaller and the bamboo. Either are too powerful for me 😁 Thank you again

노마드 N1 너무 끌려서(기어드라이브, 디자인, 위로 충전이 매력적임) 구매를 많이 고민했었는데 리모컨이 너무 별로여서 마음을 접었습니다... 2~300만원짜리 보드에 중급형 리모컨은 조금... 그래도 보드 자체는 신경을 많이 쓴게 보여서 매력적인 보드라고 생각합니다

저도 처음엔 약간 그렇게 생각했었지만 계속 사용하다보니 기능적으로나 작동측면에서나 부족함이 없는 괜찮은 리모콘이였습니다. 모든모델에 통일화된 리모콘을 사용하는것도 나중을 생각한다면 좋은 전략과 선택이라고 느껴집니다 (리모콘 교체 시 수급이 안정적이고 페어링 장애가 발생하지 않습니다.)

Hello Kami 👋 Official site Acedeck Ares X1 2022 declares other battery parameters. A 14S4P battery pack containing best-in-class MOLICEL 21700 Ultra-High Power Cells bring a surge of power when you need it, and sustain a longer range. In figures, that’s a capacity of up to 870wh with a continuous output of 50A in 2WD and 100A in 4WD, which can facilitate a maximum range of 65km. Ares X1 is also equipped with onboard smart BMS which effectively balances the charge across the battery cells and protects this powerful battery for its best performance output.

Hello~ there! Yeah, you're right, too. However, the 2023 version only installed 90A ESC, and the battery configuration seems to be more stable. In the meantime, I understand that they discontinued 4WD because they judged that 2WD could produce enough output. I also didn't feel weak at all compared to the previous generation of 4WD while riding. And It should also be considered that the price difference is minimized even when upgrading gear drives or various parts with high production costs. Thank you for your comment and watching too :)

Industry-leading deck. Longer for more high speed stability. Concave looks quite aggressive. Too bad the enclosure was not slightly more optimized to give a the option for a bigger battery.

What does it mean that the enclosure needs to be further optimized? Are you saying you want to add more batteries?

@@KAMiJUINs Yes. The deck is long and wide. The enclosure could be bigger. A larger enclosure would allow for the customer to upgrade to a larger battery in the future.

Instead, it has excellent stability. If more flexible movement is desired, the bushings can be purchased and replaced in the aftermarket.

I’m definitely getting this board next spring (unless something better comes out by Acedeck). I would have bought when it first dropped, but I decided to put my $$$ into a brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road instead lol. 🛻
