Excellent conversation! Very insightful…loved so so many points, but specifically 1) the marriage of mind & heart, 2) seeing the mind like masculine part & the heart like our feminine part and the joining/marriage of the two, 3) pain is pain, joy is joy 4) surrender to our human experience- being aware; respecting the ‘light’ in each person, 5) we don’t have to like every human, yet we respect the human in each person, 6) the marriage of intellect & intuition, 7)empowerment is making time to create the happy, feel-good endorphins in our body, and so so much more! 😊
