ang ganda!!! bet ko yung hooks pagpasok sa pinto. :) and nice din yung idea to put the bed in that corner, yun lang di ko masyado bet yung closet na nakaharang sa bandang pinto. sana drawers na lang for clothes and maybe the narrowest closet for very few few clothes na di masyado awkward sa space hehehe

I always watch your videos....mahilig akong manood ng mga ganitong contents.....pero syempre i could say na your team is the best. Lagi ako nag aabang ng bago....lagi akong may screenshots ng mga gusto kong gawin dahil akma sa set-up ng bahay ng mga ordinaryong pilipino, ung di kalakihan......naiinspire talaga akong ayusin ung bahay namin sa twing napapanood ko mga videos mo...kc nakikita kong posible pala ung " ganito at ganyan'" ung tipong bawat space can be functional. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful and maayos pagkakadecorate . Ang di ko lang bet yung kalapit ng bed ang kitchen. Parang ang awkward. Sana man lang meron divider or something na nakaharang. Maganda sana kung may island mismo dun kalapit ng lutuan para maharangan yung bed. But all in all maganda sya😊

A small wood naka divide sa stove. Need nya ng pullout bed and a additional storage on a 18 sqm room. This is as best as it can get on that budget. Personally, i think this is one of the best design for functionality with the addition of good kitchen size and storage. The flaw is the selection of chair dahil once you pullout the bed, you have to place the chair in the kitchen area which can be obstacle if you need access to kitchen. A good selection would be foldable chair but less aesthetic.
