It could be Ashoka in the dark hood/robe because for a time, she was fulcrum in Star Wars rebels and the robe looks very similar.

The trick with attaching the ship to a bigger ship was also done in Star Wars Rebels season 4 in one of the last episodes, when Hondo attached the Ghost to a cargo ship to pass the planetary scanners undetected.

Wrecker didn't tell the others because he doesn't want to show them that he is getting weak. In his mind he is supposed to be undestructible, and he is realising that he possesses a lot of weaknesses: his unability to resist the chip, his fear of heights, his sloppiness (when fennec used his brute force against him), his lack of knowledge (which is why he mocks tech). he also realises that he isn't that strong after he faught the rancor.

Droidekas(canon) and Spider droids(in legends, in canon it is unknown) were used by Empire after Clone Wars, because they were extremly efective against clones.

8:01 That actually wasn’t Crosshair. If you listen closely, it was definitely Tech. It makes more sense because Tech was already talking to Wrecker but it shows how the inhibitor chip works as all Wrecker hears is “good soldiers follow orders”.

I still think it is Saw Gerera And Ahsoka probably did not have communication with the sisters for some time (at least in the novel), so she probably gifted R7 to the sisters before going into hiding Also Bail Organa seems like he doesn't want war and if he wanted the droid head to launch an attack, his cover would be blown and it would contradict with the events of A New Hope.Since this is war-related,it is probably Saw Gerera who wants the droid head

6:12 I believe since we know Tech’s helmet is heavily modified, he probably was the one to do so. We can then also assume Tech made the visors software. (Incredibly talented, ah I love my boi) anyway so he is exceptional intellectually, so in order to composite time and space on his software I believe the random letters there could be his own version of information, let me explain further, like how you can use item and word association to remember things... for example a grocery list, I believe he could have made it to abbreviate some information for brevity and space.

I think the robed figure is either Bail Organa or Ahsoka. I think this because in the final episode of season 1 of Star Wars Rebels, Bail is shown as a hologram on the Ghost and Ashoka is manning the guns, so I assume they have met and are working together to form the Alliance.

Trace and Rafa could be talking to Ahsoka mainly because in rebels. FULCRUM wears those clothes in rebels so it could be Ahsoka

My first thought was Organa. My second guess is actually Bo Katan. She's worn poncho's/robes as disguises before and would be in urgent need to get any help with preparing to fight the empire plus with her time in death watch she would have know about the tactical droids without knowing their actual information and she had already met the sisters. Plus we've yet to see how she lost control of Mandalore. Ahsoka I don't think would make much sense since it's only been a few weeks/months at most after order 66 and I don't think she'd be willing to fight and kill the clones just yet. Rex is possible but since we know he's still wearing his armour later in the series the robe would be a little odd, plus he would know the majority of the info in the tactical droid that would be of use so it would seem redundant. Maul wouldn't make sense cos I don't see them working for the pikes or maul after what happened. I suppose Mon Mothma and the Kaminoans are possible options as well. If they go the Kaminoan route that could lead up to the Kaminoan uprising and re cannoning of their secret clone army which would also allow them to show Boba Fett and Vader if they wanted.

It honestly makes the most sense for it to be ahsoka or rex- mainly for the whole robe thing in connection to the fact that they need to lay low and they have the highest likelihood to interact with these characters. bail organa is the next best possibility but it just seems unlikely to me

THE PERSON IN THE HOLOGRAM IS AHSOKA AS FULCRUM. Theory: No one knew Fulcrum's full identity and Ahsoka's R7 is in it Rafa and Trace didn't know who gave them the droid and when they got R7 they became in close contact. Dave knew he shouldn't put everyone's favorite dual-wielding backward lightsaber in the trailer otherwise it would give the identity away (HE IS A GENIUS). My theory of who is in the hologram-Mace Windu. Sam L Jackson got a call a while back where he was told that he is canonically alive. If he were to speak that would give away Jackson's voice. hence maybe why he didnt speak. though i know he never had anything to do with the rebellion bc he was believed to be dead, he could just be passing along information from one generation to the next.

Crazy theory: What if the guy in the hologram was Mace Windu. Fans want him back for some time now and they already have his model from season 7. It's likely not true, but i would love to see him. Imagine Mace vs. Vader or Sidiuos again.
