Fact in fiction editorial - In my opinion,this editorial is very informative and everyone should be cognizant of this issue of population growth.This film has to be screened without any ban and leave to the public opinion.If they like it,they movie will go on further screening otherwise it will be stopped.there is no need of doing processions and instigating violence unnecessarily. No ban or delay should be placed on any book or film if it is once certified by the concerned govt body.There should be no restrictions by any authority such as any court if it is once certified. sir, as usual your way of explanation is very nice.I heard some kind of voice in between the explanation. we listen and practice with utmost attention of your classes. I want to become like you sir as a teacher of English subject.

I agree with you, if it is several - then you should use plural noun, but see the question properly it is SEVERE NOT SEVERAL - on account of severe weather warning.
