You should’ve mentioned that you can use riptide in the rain with an elytra to literally break the speed barrier and go faster than chunks can load (at least on Java). That’s my favorite way of going fast.

I like them too until i get an elytra. I personally use FitMC's flying machine design because it's simple, effective and on multiplayer practically immune to lag induced glitches

4:45 if you use an auto clicker, you can fly blocks of distance horizontally, making pvp fair enough against auto clicker users, as 1.8 techniques are still useful in bedrock.

Mojang really needs to buff rails and minecart travel... make them easier to craft, sustained boost effects in powered rails (to make uphill climbs less expensive)

Honestly, there are just too many much better options. Minecarts are just too slow and inefficient they need buffed (especially once the world height is doubled)

Fun fact: In bedrock, if you breed horses that have the speed potion effect, the baby will have it as well. Permanently. So, horses can become the fastest way to go from point A to point B. Just do this a lot of times. Edit: can people just stop saying bedrock is bad in the replies? just let us enjoy the damn version.

If you place boats with dispensers in each other instead of using cows, they don't take dammage by entity cramming and you can launch waaaay further

that makes the trident method more op bcoz it doesnt use any durability at all bcoz you dont need any rockets anymore during the rain or at the ocean, also only the nerf is the rocket allceration, not the normal gliding speed

Dude I've been doing #18 for the longest time. I'm pretty sure you can do it anywhere, even not on a server. In my experience, all I need to do is hold space before I hit the ground then let go for a split second and re-press space. Works like a charm for picking up speed.

In my survival world (seed is 66295779 bedrock edition), I live by an archipelago with dozens of islands and whenever I need to go somewhere, I just wear frost-walker boots and sprint jump on the water. Trust me, you'll be able to run 100,000 blocks in under an hour it's so overpowered (just bring a lot of food since it easily drains your hunger)

4:03 definitely worth noting that that kind of rail setup also prevents the carts from being sent back the other way, since they'll just be turned back around. That way you'll create a one way track

Riptide can also be used with slow fall potions... and if you combine it with an elytra as well, it makes for some pretty absurd speed in the rain, or even just using the ocean / rivers as jump pads.

While we're on the topic of tridents, a riptide 3 trident allows you to fly continuously without even using an elytra. Granted, the timing is a little hard to get down at first, but very manageable once you get the hang of it.

hey skip, there’s really fast way to travel with a pair of wings and a riptide trident. Step 1, wait for it to rain. Step 2, start gliding. Step 3, spam trident Boom there you go!

if you get a Trident before an elytra, you unlock (temporarly) early flight with that. That said, you should kill some Phantoms to brew Slow Falling Potions, otherwise you'll be in for a rough landing, regardless of how high your last riptide was

in bedrock, I made this way of traveling that is nearly instant, basically, it's a 5 block wide tunnel (above ground, with 7 block high walls) filled up with water, and the floor is soul sand. on the end of the tunnel, make the wall much higher, as you basically travel by throwing and ender pearl from point A to point B. It works almost instantly, but if you are going to make it very long, I would recommend chunk loaders

Not really. It limits you to the ocean and is much slower than elytra+riptide. If you're on Java, and don't have elytra, i recommend riptide trident plus offhand enderpearl. It gets you pretty far. (You can do it on bedrock too, but its much harder.)

hey skip for something you can test in a future video minding seeing what is faster at reaching the surface is it holding spacebar to go up or be in swim mode and angle your character to an upwards angle while swimming forward. See which one is faster at getting to surface helps out a lot when you're about to run out of bubbles

I’ve got one! Riptide trident and elytra! In the version I play on, you can potentially fly so fast that the chunk loading can’t even keep up!

Number 14 says you can use a llama for storage which is true, but bringing along a donkey with a chest is so much better since you get 15 guaranteed slots and a friend could ride on the donkey in the boat with you

@Anton Steinhardt you can bridge easily, unlike java, it's hard to bridge and you have to crawl to get to the location you want to. But bedrock it's really easy, move and place blocks in front of the block that your standing on

Another good way to travel in water is making a 1x1 space with the floor being soul soil and having a dolphin behind you with soul speed and depth strider boots. Now that's fast

Technically you can make a 3 person ride with 1 elytra. Put a lead on a saddled pig for 1 person to ride while holding a fishing rod hooked into a boat for the other 2 people. Sure you can use rockets but you still help 3 people travel

firstly that would be a 4 person ride (Because of the person with the elytra) and second of all unfortunately a rod does not act like a lead as in if it is connected and you move the item will no move also

In the #17. You can also do this with boats. By using blue ice and make a water wall or some sort then soul sand on the bottom, you can travel much faster.
