n this video, I take a tour of a small house that completely blew me away. The house is full of surprises and is the perfect place to live. It's proof that size doesn't matter, and that you can have everything you need and more in a small space.
In the video, I'll show you around the house and talk about all the things that make it so special. I'll also share some tips on how to design and decorate a small space.

Splendid. Maybe, it's a typical german thing, but what I always miss, regardless the respective designer, is the Implementation of a basement/cellar. Central heating-, laundry room, storage space, Homegym ... it adds so much possibilities.

These homes are primarily designed for temperate to hot climates so there is no need to dig foundation footings below the frost line. Building in a basement/cellar would be an added expense.

What a lovely little house!!!.Very charming and warm. Everything room laid out perfectly for function. And no feeling of being cramped. Especially loved the new wooden front door, the warm interior design, with the emphasis on warm, light wooden accents. Loving the downstairs! Wonderful! You are getting better and better with your creativity. This one takes the cake! 💓

Good morning Mr Tran. I hope you have been well. This new design is Terrific! You do have a knack for storage space so you are now King Of Storage Spaces!!!!. The one thing that grabbed my heart was the bedroom with the bed facing the slanted windows! I can just imagine laying in that bed all cozy and warm watching the rain or snow coming down, oh my! I also love the openness of the downstairs which is funny because I have expressed really liking the cozyness of the rooms when they were somewhat separated. Well, I guess I just like your design, period. Keep up the good work Mr Tran.😊❤😊

Nice! How about a bookcase that matches the height of the stair wall? That bench isn't needed, but storage is. And lamps by the sofas.

Love this house. The front door, movable kitchen island and those stairs going up. The smaller bedroom would make a perfect office!

Nicely done, structure and interior design choices! It has a lot more usable space inside than it appears from the outside. The smaller bedroom has some clever flourishes. So much storage space too. The refrigerator should be closer to the sinks in your kitchens, however I like how big this kitchen is.

I love the stage in the living room. Great for the tv set, Xmas tree or when the kids sing 🎶 edelweiss to the guests.

Beautiful, as always, plus very roomy with lots of storage!! The windows in the upstairs bedroom remind me of a treehouse!

I like it very much! Except I think I would forget the headboard in the small bedroom and place the bed underneath one of those windows. It seems a bit cramped as it is. Otherwise, the color schemes are very complimentary, lots of cabinet space, nice layout, and just a very nice home! Functional and pretty, plus, cozy.

Love the open style layout with kitchen. Kitchen is always the central gathering place especially around the big kitchen counter! Great job on the design and decor!!! Would have preferred standard sinks vs big counter top bowls.

Nice big feel to the downstairs, I like how you addressed the coat area. Just saying a window in the downstairs bathroom would be nice. What a fun bedroom with the angled windows, great place to hang out on a snowy morning. Another great cozy tiny home.

The front porch is welcoming. There are hooks and a bench by the front entry, though stepping directly into the living room isn't ideal. The TV is located appropriately, but there is a large, unused area between the living/dining area and the stairs. There is plenty of counter space in the kitchen, and although there is a lack of upper cabinets there is a large storage cabinet. That cabinet and the refrigerator are not close to the food prep area. The downstairs full bath attempts to compensate for the single bath upstairs. The bedroom with the skylight windows would not be useful for someone who sleeps after dawn. ;-) With some reconfiguring, this plan could make better use of the ground floor square footage, and might, in the process, gain a laundry room, a pantry and/or entrance vestibules.

The only change i would make, it remove the down stairs shower, put the stacked washer and dryer there, make a basement with access under the stairs. ❤

Beautiful LR, kitchen and DR! I want a larger refrigerator freezer & I love a wood burning fireplace. Laundry should be upstairs in this home though. Drawback for me is no downstairs bedroom. Love all the storage! Tip: add storage under the stairs with handless panel doors. Not a fan of the windows at an incline in that one bedroom for life in snow country.

Love the entrance, ♥️ the living room, the kitchen, love the floor, the wash and dryer, the bathroom, the lighting, upstairs bathroom, the bedroom w/ brick look on one side, it's different, love the other bedroom w/ that headboard, velvet or velour ♥️ love it ♥️

👍👍💯✅😍😎 I'd put TV above the fireplace. Cover that pedestal with nice cushion and some pillows. Put cubbies underneath for books. Making a great place for reading. Otherwise great job 🎉

A nice looking house. The big fault I see is the front and back doors, neither of which has an air lock. Whether in a hot clinate or cold, this house will use an inordinate amount of energy regulating the temperature. Every time a door is opened the ourside air will penetrate the entirety of the ground floor. As bad, everyone coming through thr front door is stepping immediately on the beautiful wood floor. It will be ruined in short order. There is also no need for a full bath downstairs. It wastes space. For once the kitchen is serviceable. The updtairs is rather neat.

Very nice. Love all the storage in the kitchen. I don't know why designers feel the need to put a table for 6 in these tiny houses though. Max 2 people are going to live there. Waste of space

Southern Living downsized! Gorgeous house! Use of more traditional cabinetry rather than open shelves would increase the appeal and utility of the kitchen.

The book shelf looks cheap compared to other furnishings. TV location is a waste of nice windows. Tall head board too large for the bedroom. There is no bedroom on the main floor. No garage. The laundry room is too small, and I didn't see a pantry.

La porte de service dans la cuisine c’est nul et sous les escaliers il faut des grands placards au lieu de l’étagère moche …et par pitié pas de télévision devant les fenêtres …c’est ridicule
