Incredible, I look at his hands. After the clean they are totally fixed, they only rotate on the barbell but don't move. Seeing the rest of the body moving to put the bar on the shoulder while that hands are fixed mesmerize me! Great extension, great work! ❤

The insane part is he is only 19 he hasn’t even come close to peaking in strength which he has another 10 years to go. In addition, how many years has he trained? Not that many since he is 19. He is a genetic freak if I’ve ever seen one. Most guys will lift 30 plus years won’t even be able to do half that. People who lift will truly marvel how strong this kid is wow I’m truly shocked.
