i will give an advice....open cmd....type ipconfig...then enter.....the default gateway written is your router page.....cheap or low level routers keep changing their default gateway....but by this method you can now know what that 192.168.1.1 has changed into....you might not be able to stop that changing phenomenon(unless you buy a expensive router that somehow manages to never change the gateway)....but you can know the router url....and yeah by this method no need to reset the router everytime....

Prueben yendo a Panel de control-Redes e Internet-Ver los equipos y dispositivos de red-... Les va a aparecer el módem que tengan instalado, presionan click derecho en el y eligen "Consultar pagina web del dispositivo" , automáticamente debería de llevarlos al ip que tengan configurado en el módem, espero que les sirva.. A mi me sirvió con el modem tp link td-w8901g cuando estaba por resetearlo..

But it also says "your connection to this site is not private" and even though when I enter username & password as admin in both boxes, the same authentication dialogue box reopens & it keeps reopening every time I try to login. just turn off your router then unplug the PON wire then turn on again the router ,make sure your computer is connected trough internet not using WiFi,then you can connect to the IP address (192.168.1.1)

I had a situation where some sites loaded, others would not. I could get google mail, but hotmail would not. I was going nuts, and soooo frustrated. Called ISP about 4 times. It seemed it was the NIC card on the PC, so I canceled ISP tech for fear of having to pay a service call. After 4 days of intermittent service, all that was needed involved a tiny red reset button on the linksys router. Try the router reset 1st next time. #*!!

I have found through first hand experience and through absolutely no online help/forum of any kind...that the issue lies in the security certificates. Or at least that is the screen I eventually need to navigate to on firefox. I have to unplug the ethernet wire from my pc...try to connect to the default gateway...plug the ethernet wire back in...try again to connect to the router...then firefox gives me a different screen than before. It tells me it automatically blocked me to protect my pc. I then have to manually accept and install the certificate...afterwards it works fine. I don't know any other way to get to that screen...but that is your issue 99% of the time. Your certificate time ran out and the fkr didn't renew.
