OMG Your eyes will blow LOL even from 1080p at 144hz is something really amazing,the increase in res will be another game changer , Congrats Mate..hope i get one too soon, i will keep playing at 1080p maybe till this next Christmas

the diffence is huge, either you have a problem with your monitor or your OS setting or your in your eyes.

switched from 1920x1080 240hz to 2560x1440 165hz and i honestly don't regret it

Just upgraded from 2560x1080 144hz to 2560x1440 180hz with better panel and stuff (or more like added a second monitor to my setup), this is great, image looks clean!

I hope you didn't use the same panel for both tests? If so, 1080p will always look blurry on 1440p panels. The test is not objective

No this is to resolution. This is to show how much 1440p is sharper than 1080p.

For the past week I've been playing on a $750 Samsung Odyssey G7 240 Hz 2560 x 1440 and just today I started playing on a $570 ViewSonic ELITE XG270QG 165 Hz (OC) 2560 x 1440 and while I guess it's close enough in the specs to understand why I don't see a difference...I didn't see enough of a difference in your comparison either. I'm pretty sure the 1920 x 1080 would deliver a higher FPS, at a lower price than 2560 x 1440. I'm thinking about taking both of my monitors back and continue my bang for the buck search.

Keep 1440p. I wouldn't go to 1080p anymore.

@@-Rizecek-it’s cool to have both a monitor for competitive games 1920X1080 for good fps, and a monitor for game slower like campaign or GTA you know like game you don’t need 240 hertz

@@ArjanTV i have a ps5 and a 3000 euros pc and the ps5 is much weaker compared to the pc but yeah ps5 is cheaper. My pc is just much better and i love the settings on pc and the high fps and better graphics. PS plus sucks and i can't play ps5 games with a ps4 controller it's a joke in my eyes. I bought the ps5 only for the exclusive games and im disappointet i was a longtime ps4 pro player.

I have had my semi 1440 which is shown here 2560x1080 looks almost the same and runs better lots of test have full 1440 I dont know why they dont test semi 1440 much cause its people like me who got one and it would help people to buy that instead I used to have a full 1440 but wanted a wide cause can see more and I didnt know until I got it that I would be getting faster frames I tried going back to a regular last year I didnt like it the screen was to small

This game is NOT from 2014??! Is it? Its like 1000 times (almost) better than games older then 2007, something like that. Is it not the men Horizon game.. released just some mounts ago. About the resolution I can se some difference.

Right , I just bought my first portable monitor and was wondering the same thing .. personally I trust in the higher resolution more cause 2560(2K) is a bit closer to 4K …they say even the gap between 1440p and 4K isn’t as big as going from 720p to 1080p ,, so I figure it’s the same with 1440p & 2560p ( 2K )

you need to change the video resolution. Set it at 1440p, so you will see the difference

@@fartpooboxohyeah8611 Get 1440p and then try to write that you can't see the difference. You will see the difference in sharpness immediately and you will never go to 1080p again.
