Enjoying life and what you enjoy doing compliments each other. Nothing's more beautiful than a restored Browning.

Great work, Bro! Just bought my first Auto 5 a couple of weeks ago. What can I say? A stuningly beautiful piece of Steel and Wood. They need love, I really appreciate your passion for this old lady! Show more of your work. It‘s fun to have that special Phoenix out the ashes moment!

What a beautiful job. Great work. Looks very time consuming. Approximately how many man hours did you have in it?
@justinmerker29272 жыл бұрын
Probably near 12, this one took significantly longer because I had to set the camera up which is also why I don’t have any new videos haha I need to get back to making videos!

Are you still doing this and if so how much do you charge for an A5 ?

No glass beads, I hand polished to 320 and hit it with the sisal wheel

This video was awhile ago so I do not remember! Restoration usually go for around 400-600 depending on condition. I’d need to see pictures to give you an accurate quote and I would love to do that for you.

What the chemical you use on 2:19 to make metal detail dark black after boiling?
@justinmerker29272 жыл бұрын
That is rust blueing solution, beyond that I’m not sure what it’s called or what the active ingredient is. It’s a long and rather monotonous process so I cut the majority of it out of the video.
