It was a long time ago when I published anything on my channel. During this time a lot in my life changed, but it is not topic for a talk.
I am back with publishing videos with elevators and public transport. Today (as always according to my small channel tradition) first video in every new year depicts some antique elevator.
This Wertheim is one of the best maintained elevators of austrian manufacturer in Łódź. Of course first very interesting feature are original wooden shaft doors with big round window. Also nice to see almost full original cab with ventilators on the ceiling (only floor is not original). More serious changes here are double-speed motor replaced by ZUD/ZREMB probably in the 70's or 80's and new call and interior buttons (Although I adore the fact, that internal panel is integrated with manual instruction and due to its white colour looks aesthetic). Controllers (relays) also seem to be not fully original due to small modernization. Another interesting fact is physichal lack of shaft doors on the 1st floor. It is especially interesting, because elevator in staircase A has doors on this floor. To sum all things up, it works very good for its age.
