In the second entry into Monogram's "Rough Riders" western series, Marshal Buck Roberts (Buck Jones) poses as a wanted killer and his pal, while Marshall Tim McCall (Tim McCoy) appears to be out to capture Buck, while the third member of the trio, Sandy Hopkins (Raymond Hatton), hires on as a cook as the trio help ranchers stop a ruthless crook from taking over the area s water rights and help an orphaned baby.
