1956 Chevy Truck Bed Gas Tank Install

11 ай бұрын@bluegoosetv5322 Another step down on my 1956 chevy project truck. I moved the gas tank from the cab to the bed. I went with a late 60s mustang efi gas tank from tanks inc like a lot of others did. I went a different direction on the install for future removal if needed. You had it with your L brackets. If you would have run tank straps from shock brace to your rear brace it would of been fine to hold tank full .

Thanks for watching. The one I used was model MU-HT. Late 60s EFI. I wanted the option of choosing which fuel pump to use in the future depending on horsepower.

We’re you doing efi or did they just recommend that tank also?

After doing research this one is already EFI ready and I'm using a gen 3 motor so this one already comes with the baffle inside.
