5 ай бұрынMy 1957 Fargo Power Wagon Build.
I started with a running and drive 1990 Dodge W250 regular cab long box truck with a 12 valve Cummins, getrag 360. Dana 60 front and Dana 70 rear.
I swapped on a Fargo cab. Identical to a power wagons cab minus the lower door stills and indent in the firewall. Which is a benefit for the 12 valve.
I got a 9ft box from a 50s dodge 1 ton truck.
Power wagon front Nose, Hood, Grille, fenders and rear fenders.
From there I fabricated everything to fit on the first Gen chassis.

Nice truck. I’m not a patina person because I hate the thought of rust even if it’s fake but it was done very well. Army tan would have suited for my taste. Looks great though should last lifetimes.

Great save for both platforms. That rig will serve you and your family well. I am a bit tearing up you sacrificed a First Gen Cummins.

That will be a great build. If i was you. I'd rethink that one piece running board. Theres a reason beds and cabs don't connect and that same reason every aftermarket running board manufacturer seperate the steps. Its fine to run a wheel well, to wheel well board, as long as it connects to the frame only. Once you tie the board to the body and the rail. You got to keep the bed separated.

The Boards are connected to the frame not the body.

Very fun! I’ve got a 97 4x4 2500 with a 24 valve that I am landing a 41 carryall on. What radiator/intercooler setup did you run? What is your seat out of? Great job at barely pushing the firewall back

Nice! Ive got a champion 3 core rad setup to go in the front nose. Ill be non intercooled.
