I would be more impressed if you could get a real version of this truck restored in real life. I wanted to do that to a real life version of this truck, which I believe is a Chevrolet Apache, but I lacked the money, experience (as I was only around 13 or 14 at the time), and a sane and stable stepfather that also had enough money to pay for a proper restoration of the truck. I know that it would have looked nice if it was restored.

I'm VERY impressed! Everything is excellent: Video, sound, pace of the work, sandblast/media blast and powder coating technique, attention to detail and the results.

Buffing wheel in the drill press.... brilliant idea. Beautiful restoration too. I really enjoyed that you didn't use any rowdy background music.

Background music is fine as long as it’s appropriate for the mood and stays in the background. I like to hear the small sounds of the tools doing their thing, not Metallica screaming over the build...though I do like Metallica😎

Sometimes I like some commentary. Like telling about what being done, type of material or whatever is being used... As long as it's short, educating, and to the point.

WOW! I don't think I've ever seen a better finish on a Tonka truck, perfect color. And the way you restored the tires is brilliant. Thanks for the great reveal!

Wow, deja vu😍 took me back in time and I thank you. In 1968 was 7 years old and we would dig holes in dirt and play with Tonka toys, Army and German plastic soldiers😂 too young to know about Vietnam going on except when watching Walter Cronkite on TV, great video sir😊 👍🏼✌🏽

It's amazing how well the powder coating works. Now he needs to find a tailgate for it. The grille was pretty banged up on this one. Couldn't get it perfect. It was amazing how he restored the windshield. I thought it s going to need a new one.
