This is an incredibly nice 1963 Fairlane. It would be scary to drive due to how perfect the paint is, but the owner does not trailer it. He is a very brave man. HaHa. Created with Corel VideoStudio.

Actually it is even better than that. Outside of SEMA I’ve never seen a more tastefully done restoration. This gentleman’s car is absolutely flawless. Thanks for the comment. I’ve got a 62 Fairlane up next. Hopefully I’ll get it posted this week. It takes more time to edit these videos than to shoot them.😀

Late '63, the 289 "K" code engine was an option.

Yes, I've seen some Fairlane 500 Sports Coupe's with those. It's as if Ford had it's hot Mustang engine ready by plan.

I had one of those in 1968 and it had a stock 260 cid with a Ford-a-matic in it. Slow but smooth but the little 289 cid from a Shelby race car with a 4 speed manual trans fit nicely. Thanks for a look back in time, wish I could understand what was being said but that wind noise was just too much.

The thing about this car is that the camera doesn't always show flaws but looking over this car I can tell you that it didn't have any flaws. This gentleman was very particular in the restoration/restomod build. Absolutely beautiful car! Thanks for viewing. If you haven't subscribed to my channel, please consider it.
