1:38 the clear section of the trim under the chrome blade on the driver’s side fender is the optional GuideMatic headlamp control sensor, which in 1963-earlier Cadillacs was on the dashboard. The mechanism behind that clear window actually goes back into the top of the fender almost a foot.

Should not have velour interior. A car this nice deserves proper seat upholstery.

Correct, should be all leather or leather and brocade, not chintzy nylon velveteen.

My 63 Fleetwood was a higher quality car with superior trim, lighting and lighted chrome door pulls that the 64 lacked. Much higher quality car than the 64.
